Look at that, what a beauty! 😍

From what I can tell, this is a beautifully restored 1965 model (larger windows but still has the small light housing on the engine lid).

And note the license plate: It ends with an “E”, indicating the flat-four “boxer” engine was replaced with a modern electric drive.

@Basmitharts: I'm a bit late for #WeirdCarMastodon QOTD show from Friday, but here are few pics of my #Citroën #2CV after I bought road-legal #LED #headlight inserts for it at the 24th World Meeting of 2CV Friends 2023 in Switzerland. The difference in night sight quality compared to the previous (already aftermarket) H4 inserts is huge, but adjusting the headlight cases' inclination (with a 19mm box-end wrench / ring spanner 🤪) was tedious.

This aircraft is part of the Shuttleworth Collection based on the grass airfield at Old Warden, #Bedfordshire, #UK. It is fitted with a three-cylinder 'fan configuration' air-cooled Anzani engine.
