@leighms You have two main options for #HeatPump’s:

1. #Air2Water - water pumped around emitters via appropriately sized pipework (radiators, Underfloor Heating/Radiant Heating). A Western European “thing“ to replace gas boilers

2. #Air2Air - known as “Air Conditioning “ and uses forced air/fans. Most of the world uses this type

#Air2Air is much better for zoning, and also faster to respond/provide room heating in my experience, so I would definitely consider going this route.
