My take is that you must think of any AI as a "funnel" and apply the "garbage in, garbage out" rule as the most important guideline throughout your interactions. The AI's LLM can access the knowledge it was trained on, plus the information the harness provides through system prompts, tools, RAG, etc. But it's up to you, the operator, to provide the invariants, the steering, and the expectations, then guide the outcome so it applies to your context.

Pretty much describes how I'm changing my personal workflows, though I don't quite think most people will create personal software, and even people who do would use a mix of ready made and personal software. Material costs and ethical concerns aside, also the mental investment is considerable.
