With respect, I see you as living a plant-based life. The term, "vegan" was created specifically to define a philosophy of supporting the right of animals to exist -- and have lives that are their own. They are not commodities for humans to use.
Veganism is a specific anti-oppression philosophy.
While your reasoning is common (if we don't kill them, they will just...) I would ask if you'd hold the same argument about humans?
