A 2 day trip with Moray to explore above the Ailnack Gorge in the Cairngorms. Wow, it's Scotland's biggest glacial meltwater channel, at 10km long & over 100m deep in places. Most of the way no path, just following sheep tracks or ploughing through heather or bog. Quite tricky to photograph that sort of scenery and also get a dog (safely) in the pic. We camped upstream where it was safe to descend & cross.
