i absolutely loved Luis´s trainings last year.
He is from Spain, i personally like a lot his style of performing the techniques and the way he explains.
Amazing teacher!He teaches in English and Spanish (with translation to English).

I have just tried Grok 3 and it's a disaster. it lies on every step and makes things and links up. and when I say the link you provide does not exist - it tells me to double check it and to google by myself 😱😂🤦scary to think that someone will take information from there and will believe it 😱
but it's very friendly instead 😂
(the pics are just a quick example, i asked other things - facts which i know and - OMG, OMG...
