Свою первую программу я написал в 1988 году на калькуляторе МК52. Очень хотелось программировать и даже максимально странный интерфейс не останавливал. Утекло почти 40 лет. Были Атари, Синклеры, 286 IBM, Интернет, смартофоны. Но все эти технологии входили как-то постепенно, приспосабливаясь и без шока. AI ворвался в жизнь бывалого ИТшника как пыльным мешком по голове. После первого шока, скормленных Дипсику результатов анализов, идей подарков, профессиональная “чуйка” потребовала придумать новой чудо-технологии боевое применение в том, чем я занимаюсь каждый день на протяжении всей сознательной жизни. Фокус группы не сформулировали внятного предложения куда погрузить AI - было решен что потрачу время и часы штатных программистов на то, чтобы уменьшить свою боль - держать в голове кучу технических нюансов, документации, кейсов и лайвхаков.

Великий крестовый поход в мире контента: стратегия human-first против AI-first
Привет, Хабр! Меня зовут Андрей Аврамчук, я редактор блога МТС. За последние два года с интересом наблюдаю, как старые правила, принципы создания материалов либо очень сильно меняются, либо перестают работать. И за все это спасибо GenAI. Досталось всем, но текстовый контент оказался самым уязвимым. С одной стороны, звучат призывы к внедрению GenAI в рабочие процессы, перестройку пайплайнов и срочное изучение LLM, RAG и вот этого всего. Мол, раз мир меняется, то и нам надо перестраиваться вместе с ним, иначе останемся в хвосте. С другой — возмущения падением качества контента и призывами остановиться. Только люди, только хардкор. В результате возникает точка бифуркации, где никто до конца не понимает, что будет дальше и какие навыки теперь действительно нужны. Вроде бы логично использовать инструмент, который ускоряет производство, и все выглядит так, будто подход AI-first стал новой нормой. И тут возникает парадоксальная ситуация: с резким развитием технологий важность их владения падает, уступая место компетенциям, о которых мы почему-то забыли. В этом материале расскажу, что сейчас происходит в мире контента, какие тренды незримо на него влияют, где и кого AI-first-подход заведет в ловушку. Покажу, куда это все катится и с чем придется столкнуться авторам и редакторам.

Sukces ma swoją cenę. Prezes Duolingo tłumaczy się z kontrowersyjnej strategii AI
Chociaż strategia „AI-first” przyniosła Duolingo finansowy sukces i wzrost cen akcji (o czym pisaliśmy), to jednocześnie wywołała falę krytyki i obaw wśród użytkowników oraz pracowników. Prezes i założyciel firmy, Luis von Ahn, w najnowszych wywiadach próbuje załagodzić sytuację, przyznając, że kontrowersje wyniknęły z jego własnego błędu w komunikacji.
W rozmowie z „The New York Times” von Ahn wziął na siebie odpowiedzialność za negatywny odbiór zmian, stwierdzając: „Nie dostarczyłem wystarczającego kontekstu”. Jak dodał, wewnątrz firmy nowa strategia nie budziła kontrowersji, jednak na zewnątrz, w przypadku spółki giełdowej, niektórzy założyli, że chodzi wyłącznie o zysk lub zwalnianie ludzi, co „w ogóle nie było intencją”.
Zamieszanie rozpoczęło się w kwietniu, gdy von Ahn w firmowym mailu zapowiedział, że będzie stopniowo rezygnować z usług kontraktorów, jeśli ich zadania będzie mogła wykonać sztuczna inteligencja. W najnowszych wypowiedziach prezes Duolingo podkreśla, że firma „nigdy nie zwolniła żadnych pracowników zatrudnionych na pełen etat” i nie ma takiego zamiaru. Zaznaczył przy tym, że liczba kontraktorów zawsze wahała się w zależności od bieżących potrzeb.
Von Ahn przewiduje jednak, że w ciągu najbliższych pięciu lat charakter pracy w Duolingo ulegnie zmianie. Pracownicy będą wykonywać mniej powtarzalnych zadań, a jedna osoba będzie w stanie osiągnąć więcej, co niekoniecznie oznacza redukcję etatów. Już teraz firma zachęca zespoły, by w każdy piątkowy poranek eksperymentowały z wykorzystaniem AI do zwiększenia swojej wydajności.
Według prezesa Duolingo, rola pracowników ewoluuje w kierunku „dyrektorów kreatywnych”, którzy nadzorują procesy, podczas gdy AI zajmuje się detalami. Dzięki temu zadania, które kiedyś były niezwykle pracochłonne, jak dodanie nowego kursu językowego, wkrótce będą mogły być realizowane w ułamku dotychczasowego czasu.
My możemy skomentować działania firmy popularnym przysłowiem „kto mieczem wojuje…”. Nie znamy przyszłości, ale skoro dziś Duolingo coraz częściej korzysta z AI, AI coraz dynamiczniej się rozwija, to za jakiś czas serwis uczący ludzi języków stanie się zbędny, wobec powszechności spersonalizowanej sztucznej inteligencji, która użytkownikowi w czasie rzeczywistym przetłumaczy dowolną frazę w dowolnym języku tak, by ją zrozumiał.
