13 марта 2026 года Совет ЕС согласовал позицию по Digital Omnibus on AI — пакету упрощения правил EU AI Act. So if I understand that correctly, recommendation systems on "very large platforms" listed in the SDA will be added to Annex III.

This would essentially classify Twitter, Facebook & Co's algorithms a "high risk" application and be regulated accordingly.
