Deutsche Anbieter wie Valid Technologies und On Mint setzen das bereits um. Die KI-Kennzeichnung von Text hat ein riesiges Problem: Sie ist leicht zu umgehen. Kopiere ich einen Text als reinen ASCII-Text, gehen versteckte Zeichen und Zusatzdaten verloren. Ändere ich danach Wörter oder Sätze, gehen danach auch andere technische Spuren verloren. Wer trotzdem eine sichere Kennzeichnung verspricht, verspricht technisch etwas, das nicht sicher möglich ist. Das Gesetz verlangt hier mehr, als unsere Technik leisten kann.
