Ahh, the classic “error 99999” #Esri #GIS #AGOL

Any other #Esri #GIS folk having trouble sharing on #AGOL today? I get a “failed to publish web layer" error every time, and the error log isn't helpful.

I can host an OGC layer on AGOL. No problem.

I can add that OGC layer to an AGOL map, style it, configure pop-ups, all good. No problem.

But when I add a map that contains that OGC layer to a WebApp or InstantApp, none of the tools/widgets work. The ESRI WebApps, InstantApps, do not "see" the OGC layer in the map.
Am I missing something?

I added 2 fields and a couple domains to a dataset in ArcGIS Online. Edited my map's json which was *supposed* to be a workaround that would make those fields show up in the edit widget in my web app. It did not. This bug goes back at least 4 yrs.
The app is supposed to be usable by tomorrow morning by 9, so I have 1 hour of work to get it back working again tomorrow 😂

(Also yes, sorry for talking about non-open-source stuff on a foss instance 😉).
