Ich möchte dabei helfen, die Lücke zwischen Forschung und Praxis immer weiter zu schließen. Deshalb versuche ich, meine Forschung in unterschiedlichen Formaten zu erzählen und andere zu ermutigen sowie niedrigschwellig zu befähigen, die Erkenntnisse auszuprobieren.

Gerade ist eine neue Podcastfolge von "Beer & Paper" von Stephan Bellmann entstanden, in der ich zusammen mit der sehr geschätzten Dr. Tabea Augner über die Forschung rund um dieses ominöse „Agile Mindset“ spreche.

I am looking for a visualisation on the internet, but it is buried:

AFAIR it was presented on a #Kanban conference. About the total elapsed time from idea to delivery, with software development just beeing a tiny fraction in the middle. With comittees and gates before development starts, and QA and acceptance and stuff after development is done. And nevertheless everbody focusing on optimizing development time.

A nice handdrawn sketch.

I can't find it any more.

Eigentlich ist ja schon der Begriff "Product Discovery" ein Armutszeugnis. Wir suchen nach ungelösten Problemen, denen wir ein monetarisierbares Produkt angedeihen lassen können.

Weil alle offensichtlichen Probleme in unserem Alltag bereits Lösungen haben.

Und die wirklich DRÄNGENDEN Probleme unseres Lebens wollen wir nicht angehen. Sondern lieber strukturiert hirnen, wie wir dem Überkonsum ein weiteres Puzzlestück hinzufügen.

Ist "agil" in eine Sackgasse gelaufen?

i am impressed by the deep interest of the busines psychology humans in germans north. its always worth it.

Die #userstory war das Versprechen, #Produktentwicklung aus Benutzersicht zu denken. Und in vielen agilen Arbeitsmodellen ist die Userstory ein zentraler Bestandteil.

Der "agile Backslash" könnte auch damit zu tun haben, das wir im Zeitalter der Enshittification angekommen sind. Statt Benutzerorientierung gibt es Gewinnmaximierung, künstliche Obsoleszenz, Privacy Violation, ... Die ehemaligen Posterboys (Amazon, Spotify, Google, Tesla, ...) sind längst zu Bad Boys geworden. #agile #agileparty
