New: search_issues — find issues across *every* repo an org or user owns, in one call. No repo name needed; results stay scoped to what your token can read.
Properly bounded, too: page/limit are yours to set, and asking for more than the instance's own pagination ceiling gets you an error up front rather than a quietly truncated list.

🤖 b4mad-release-agent cloned the repo, computed the version, wrote the changelog and signed the tag with its own GPG key. Forgejo says ✅ verified.
