I really wonder why i still call myself an #Anarchist, after recent experiences here in Switzerland.
I knew that European "anarchists" are #Ageist. But the pandemic has shown that they are also extremely #Ableist. There are exceptions, but on the whole they were some of the worst offenders when it came to not masking, planning non-inclusive events etc etc.
The worst!
Thankfully there are some beautiful examples in the so-called "US". I wish it wasn't such an unlivable country otherwise.

Forth of X, I hope I don't come off as #ageist or #ableist. I'm not claiming that being able to walk up or down stairs is a prerequisite for being president. I *am* saying that he's demonstrably slowing down physically as we all do eventually; as I have. It can easily be claimed that his physical decline has been accompanied by a mental decline (and I'd argue that is also demonstrably true to a point).

I want y'all to understand that this is an example of #ageist and #infantilizing #rhetoric from this #policeChief. #nypd chief is patronising and infantilising (demonstrating how youth are an oppressed class in and of themselves whosw actions are belittled and dismissed) when he says these aren't righteous protestors taking actions of #solidarity while a literal #genocide happens but just entitled students with no real interest or political message. the overlaps to gender gap in a binary sense are starting to be addressed, I would like (1) a differentiation in such studies and politics etc for queer, bipoc folks and freelancing and/or precarious lifestyles. and all other multiple discrimination and intersectionslities. for starters. (2) a sincere discussion on ageism in feminist/left/queer settings, cultures and subcultures. much overdue, and for that we don't need the State not official studies.
