@timrichards It was the light-hearted tone that prompted the warning! The #turmeric drink #fad is new. Cooking with small quantities of the rhizome is traditional but large quantities, raw, untested? & the powder's risky due to high % #adulteration - sometimes accidental, sometimes to boost that fun colour. A friend sank into such confusion we feared early onset dementia, then discovered a new turmeric drink habit & #LeadPoisoning. Maybe consider before normalising?
