Would you look at that? January is #AdoptARescuedBirdMonth and I had no idea! I'd hoped to get a bird for Christmas but didn't. Probably for the best because now I can get two who are accustomed to each other and they'll hopefully adjust better.
My home office feels lonely without a feathered friend.

January is #AdoptARescuedBirdMonth, and we have plenty of #birds in our care in need of new homes, including Opal and Garnet at Nevins Farm. They’re both #Budgerigars–a kind of parakeet–and are docile, gentle, and can even talk! Opal is a baby, so she needs to go to a home with a #parakeet or existing flock. Visit during open hours (12-4:30p, Tue-Sun) to adopt!
