En janvier 2025, l’infrastructure de recherche en spectrométrie de masse MassLor, labellisée INFRA+, a franchi une nouvelle étape dans sa démarche qualité en élaborant son premier Plan de Gestion de Données, avec l’accompagnement de l’atelier de la donnée ADOC Lorraine.

💡 Pourquoi un PGD ?
- Pour mieux retrouver, structurer et tracer les données générées par la plateforme.
- Pour faciliter le travail des chercheurs et répondre aux exigences des financeurs (comme l’ANR).

🔍 Le PGD décrit de manière synthétique le cycle de vie des données (technique, documentaire, administratif, juridique) et intègre des outils comme le cahier de laboratoire électronique eLabFTW pour une gestion efficace, transparente et collaborative.

🎯 Un premier bénéfice concret ? Dès sa mise en ligne, un chercheur s’est appuyé sur ce PGD pour rédiger le sien. Une preuve de son utilité et de la pertinence de la démarche.

📚 Cette initiative s’inscrit pleinement dans les objectifs des données FAIR : Faciles à trouver, Accessibles, Interopérables et Réutilisables.

Looks like I am actually getting pretty decent results by:

converting #adoc with #asciidoc to #DocBook #xml:

asciidoc -b docbook "$input"

which I then convert to #markdown with #pandoc:

./pandoc-2.11.4/bin/pandoc --wrap=preserve -f docbook -t markdown_strict "${base}.xml" -o "${base}.md"

which I then pre-process a bit with my own #Python3 before converting it to #gemtext with #md2gemini:

md2gemini --links paragraph "${base}.md" > "${base}.gmi"

I'll post the script once I'm done.

Are there #Gemini servers that take #asciidoc files as input? Or perhaps #CLI conversion tools that can be used?

Right, @Siiw is taking #BeardGrabber for a walk, so I have some time to myself to blast music (currently listening to #Unheilig), while working on that #Markdown to #AsciiDoctor conversion.
Should probably also look into how well this #adoc library integrates with #Jekyll.

#AsciiDoc, or rather #AsciiDoctor indeed looks like it'll be more suitable for my personal blog plans as it's more versatile, so I think I'll try to convert the (unpublished) posts I'd already written in #Markdown, to #adoc tomorrow.

I especially like how I can use the [%collapsible] block for content-warnings, which in #HTML5 output will get replaced by summary/details tags, without actually having to include those tags manually in my Markdown document.
