My wife is switching to Zorin OS from Win10. She needs a replacement for Adobe Digital Edition (ADE) to download protected ebooks.
She uses Calibre to remove DRM, but needs to keep the original protected files, which seem only available via ADE. Does anyone know how to download these original protected files without ADE?

Bei #Amazon kaufe ich tatsächlich keine #ebooks (aber andere Dinge), denn da kriege ich kein Eigentum und kann sie nur auf Amazon-Geräten lesen.
Ebooks immer nur als #ePub, downloadfähig. Und falls sie als #AdobeDigitalEdition (.acsm) kommen: Entsperren & konvertieren.
Einmalig 50US$ für's Tool und jede ePub-Datei ist dann wirklich meine. Kein Amazon kann sie vom Gerät löschen und ich werde sie auch in Jahrzehnten noch auspacken und lesen können.
