The integration of all the Film Impact effects and transitions in Premiere Pro might be one of the best things Adobe has done in years for editors. A lot of basic effects that Premiere missed are added in one fell swoop. And this way I can happily use them without worrying if another editor can work on my project (that's a big issue with plugins when working for larger organisations).
