Mohammed Ibrahim is a US 16 yo teenager from palm Bay, Florida.

But unlike his fellow mates, he is NOT playing ball in his neighborhood, nor is he studying at he library and he is certainly NOT exchanging with his friends on his phone.

Because Mohammed has no phone, he is detained for six long months in the worst jail in Israel, #Meggido.
He has been violently snatched from his home at 3am on a night of February 2025 by heavily armed special force #IOF soldiers.

Despite the fact their is no motive or any case opened against him, Mohammed is detained under "administrative law" which enables any Palestinian, as young as 12, to be held in jail without any justification and this measure can be re-conducted every month, trimester...indefinitely.

From what is known, he is incarcerarated for having thrown rocks at a #IOF armoured vehicle during the day before...but arrested at night, as IOF always does to show Palestinian families their is no place, no hour, no condition where they can feel safe.

No witness, no explaination, just the law of force and colonizar.

"Despite many of its founders being caught on the wrong side of these laws, #Israel adopted them in 1948 and has strenuously resisted attempts to modify their provisions." - Selma Dabbagh

„Several of the prisoners released this week said they lacked adequate food and medical care and that they were forced to sleep in cramped cells.

Men and women prisoners in Israel are routinely beaten and sprayed with pepper gas, and they are deprived of family visits or a change of clothes, said Khalida Jarrar, the most prominent detainee freed.“

  10. Scabies is an itchy skin rash caused by a tiny burrowing mite called Sarcoptes scabiei. Intense itching occurs in the area where the mite burrows. The need to scratch may be stronger at night.

Scabies is contagious and can spread quickly through close person-to-person contact in a family, child care group, school class, nursing home or prison.

Prison authorities help scabies to spread by restricting inmates’ water supply and depriving them of clean clothes and medical care.

  12. Israel currently holds ~3,615 Palestinians hostages, also known as “administrative detainees.”

In fact, Israel holds thousands more prisoners it classifies as "security prisoners”, "security detainees” or "unlawful combatants". So Israel could have charged the “administrative detainees” with security offenses, but they didn’t do that.

There’s another reason why the term hostage is appropriate. Palestinian hostages have a lot in common with Israeli hostages:

    (1) They were abducted from their homes in the early hours of the morning, just like the Israeli hostages.

    (2) They are held captive in abysmal conditions, just like (some of) the Israeli hostages [although, to be sure, while some of the released Israeli hostages reported humane treatment by their captors …, it is impossible to find similar testimony among the released Palestinian hostages].

    (3) Many were taken as bargaining chips in a prisoner swap, just like the Israeli hostages.

  14. The #NewsMedia talks about the 100+ #IsraeliHostages still held captive by Hamas. BUT where is the talk about #PalestinianHostages? The #news & politicians calls them #PalestinianPrisoners, but that implies they're convicted of a crime. However many are never are charged with a crime or see a day in court.
