    (I have to mention the fatigue because it's relevant, but it's also difficult for me to remember it when I'm not acutely experiencing it. This may come up a few times.)

    Then I went on #adalimumab, a biological and, much to my surprise, it was effective extremely quickly. Two days of feeling a little worse, then near-remission, after one dose.
    So now I'm training hard, and also practicing guitar and bass for an hour a day or more.
