I rarely commute bike paths in rush hour due to WFH, but I was out there today just revelling in how incredibly diverse the #activeTransit / #microMobility scene has become in #Brisbane.

You've got every kind of bike, ebike, scooter, hoverboard, electric unicycle, electric skateboard...

And then the rider's kits! People are decking out in everything from motorcycle armour, to fluorescent raver-punk ensembles. I saw an elderly lady in a lipstick-red full face helmet with a hivis scarf. 🤩

Loved this podcast from @TheWarOnCars about the #BikeBus concept. Encouraging independence through #mobility and it has big potential to increase community acceptance of #ActiveTransit.
