Used the Myway+ QR code in the app to tap on a buss today. First it tried to get me to use a credit card despite sliding in from the bottom of the ticket machine. Then it wouldn’t let me tap off.
The bus driver said I didn’t need to tap off with the QR code. This contradicts the Myway+ instructions.
Anyway, the Myway+ app is a poorly thought out design which is a horrible user experience.

I suspect they overestimated the uptake of the in app QR code. Which is unreliable and a pain to access, so commuters are resorting to a physical card in numbers not expected.
