For October this year we did a Simpsons Treehouse (Halloween special) themed piece EVERY day of the month. It was wild! And tough haha 😅 but so fun and worth it.
Sometimes it's cool for the brain to challenge yourself to something, see if you have the discipline to see it to completion. Doesn't always work, but amazing when it does!

“it’s pure as the air we breathe” from Murder by Death’s song The Devil Drives
The fire and smoke were supposed to be a tree and somehow became a fire. I don’t remember how I came about to that decision. This was all arcylic paint, some mixed with gesso to thicken them, and two were metallic acrylic paint. The kaiju in the background was happy accident. Nothing else to say other than I love Murder by Death more than life itself.
