Shoutout to https://techcreate.ie/, a digital learning and fabrication studio in Kildare.
I'd been looking for someone who could laser-cut some mylar stencils I'd designed for #printmaking and they did a great job at a very reasonable cost. First try-out:

Set of three 30x40cm portrait #acrylicOnPaper #paintings. Started these 05.11.2022.
Paintings based on vertically-applied-by-wide-spatula fields of colour.
Fields begin solid, and then as the spatula has moved down the paper and used up paint, we see speckling.
Colours are lime green, deep blue, teal, magenta, black, and silver.

Gosh, I hate these gray, wet, cold November days. Thankfully it's less than a month to winter solstice now. Trying to beat the gray with colour, though this one turned out fairly dark overall. More and brighter ones to come. Just need to digitize them first. This one's up at https://fineartamerica.com/featured/textured-stripes-abstract-1-western-exposure.html if anyone fancies a print or a mug or something.
