Finally 100% completed Assassin's Creed: Mirage. I skipped over the recent sprawling entries and came back just in time for their return to the basics – this was the first I've played since Black Flag. Golden Age Baghdad was an excellent backdrop, but the characters felt a bit last-gen and wooden. Still, fun enough!

I started playing Assassin's Creed Cutscene. I mean, Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Thoughts:
Obviously, so many cutscenes. Too many, really.
I like setting it in Baghdad and a smaller map, but where did open world go? Can't find a quest menu, so it's just run through the quests, no real exploring, I think. Yuck. Hope I'm wrong.
Why do the controls need to change every game?
Hopefully no memory glitches. Those take me out of the mythology.
Damn cutscenes.

I was in a not great mood this evening, but thankfully a bit of running around the #ACMirage version of the Abbasid Caliphate for a couple of hours helped a lot. Sneaky, sneaky, hidden blade...

First experience of the first few minutes of #ACMirage is that it's very pretty and nothing too surprising, other than the random crash. CPU & GPU temps are high, but don't seem as bad as Immortals, but I'll need to keep an eye on it. Still, looking forward to playing more!
