    I don't remember much about Buddha from college, though I do remember his distinction between #Pain and #Suffering and that pain happens to you and suffering is one way of interacting with pain and that you control it.

    I'm not #Wise, merely #Experienced. Physical pain is a sign that something's wrong. The first response should not be to end it, rather to #Listen to it and try to #Understand what is happening. Like Coach used to say "walk it off" which is an #Acknowledgement
