I did it! Despite some heavy challenges in RL or maybe just to stay a bit sane ;) I've finished my #aciddecember25 track

Tried something different this time by merging some #bassMusic vibes with #Acid – and yes, that turned out pretty nice, I'd say 😜 .
Sonic weapons of joice: #Renoise on #Linux with lots of #Uhe U-HE TyrellN6 instances (nowadays free!) for most of the "harmonic" sounds, Surge XT of course and most important JC-303, the by far best open source TB303 plug-in. Then a bunch of classic M1 Piano samples (not that they can be recognized as such after my heavy FX treatment), unconventional sliced and filtered drum loops from random "first to pop up in my SE" Internet sources, the iconic Atari ST speech synth, the Google Translate voice, own field recordings and lots of filtered feedback delay chains. Almost no reverb btw (only for rhythmic accents and in the beginning).

Sorry for the delay on #aciddecember, there is so much to listen to, stuck at work and managed to discard the project from audacity so i have to go through large part again.

Just did a first hour of selection in 10 minutes and i'm very pleased. We need a third ear asap. :)

Korg monologue, korg minilogue xd, volca bass, m-audio black box, guitar; recorded on tascam model 12.

No rules, just twitchy, itchy, zhirpy hypnotic beatz . Be part of it by just delivering dat acid vibe! You don't need an original 303, nor 808 (sure, if u own it - good!), if you hit the vibe any Casio (whatever) can do it.

It is eseentially the same track but further developed with many details changed and complete new parts. This is the final and (of course) much more HiFi version. Vocals by me; all done under Linux within Renoise. I use Arch btw. .

Well – this night I suddenly woke up and thought… something is wrong. And I looked it up. And indeed. I pronounced a certain word wrong! Slaughter me now! But why on earth is "breath" pronounced different to "breathing"?! I shouldn't complain as a German, but that is just EVIL!
Anyway. I will fix this for the real final version. So the Acid December version will be the only version with this wrong pronounced word :). Makes it more valuable I guess ;) -
