People don't believe it when I tell them what a normal allergy fit is for me. Which leads to some form of "told you so" after they see me experience one. #achoo

Good morning Mastodonians! A bright sunny one, some warmth, and my car was caked with pollen when I got in it. Le sigh. A few more weeks and I'll be free, I keep telling myself. Tree pollen is my nemesis; I can handle grass and ragweed and all that other stuff, but the trees have it in for me.

I made the right decision, recording for the podcast *before* mowing my lawn. My allergies are off-the-charts.

If I'm constantly congested from morning until night, despite having an air purifier in a small room, vacuuming regularly, taking anti allergy medication, doing general stretches every morning, changing bedding weekly, and getting outdoor activity daily... Am I perhaps instead sick??? Or spending too much time on my computer instead? #health #help #congestion #Achoo
