I think we need more information about attraction models because most of them just don't fit. Short labeling I am a polyamorous bisexual trans woman but that doesn't explain everything because I am also demi.
When I am at work or around others, I never get this sexual appetite others get. I don't have this attraction. In fact I forget sex is even a thing until my body says it needs it or my wifish walks by and rubs me. When I am at work or with friends this does not cross my mind. Like EVER. I often have to pause, evaluate and meditate if I even like a person and even then unless you are very special the sexua and romanticl interest generally fades.
But because of this ( despite this? ) sex to me has very high value and simultaneously very low value. I have had interest in sex with people with zero interest in romantic attraction. I wanted to be used, or make someone happy, or whatever because this is generally is valueless to me. If it makes someone happy so be it. Also makes polyamory quite easy when your attatchement is to a person and not to the things in the bedroom they provide.
Sexual and romantic attatchment/attraction to me are completely disjoint. I have been in completely consensual environments where I was the middle of a threesome because it's what people wanted. Okay whatever. It makes you happy, it's fun for me to so long as I consented. I truly feel that a great deal of what we view as "normal" really came as a reaction to the World Wars and late stage capitalism.
Our attraction models are garbage and as questioning your attraction, sexuality and gender is Taboo, I really don't think it's something we can even begin to quantify or qualify. I've met plenty of people that have described to me they are asexual. I have met a great deal of people that practice a wide variety of ethical nonmonogamy. Down to geographical proximity of when that is breakable by rule or based around the person being a sociopath. I love her to death, that's a reference to her disorder ( self described ) not an insult or an attack btw.
I really don't ever feel comfortable in telling people what "should" be when what is generally under the label of "should" is just weird latestage capitalist, allonormative nonsense. I just felt the need to vaguerant. I'll go hide in my hole again.

For a long time I thought I was heteromantic but after doing some research I think that I am demiromantic.
With this information I hope it will help me make more informed choices and let me live a happy life.
