  1. ‘The Extermination of Disabled People at Work’ (my words) or phase two, which is supposed to come in to force from September/October 2025 and includes the removal of all job aide enabling and replacement support – both technological and human – meaning Access Workers will no longer exist!

    Let me repeat that. There will be no more vital, friendly and inclusive Access Workers.’

  7. Exhausted after another day micromanaging my work adjustments request, granted via #AccessToWork. My line manager won't get involved so it has to wait until their manager (and my senior manager) returns from annual leave next month.
    I'm grateful for the assistance I'm getting (as excruciating as it was asking for it), but it has been a draining and painfully slow process. I wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences with work adjustments?
