I’ve been gathering videos for a crowdsourced series from disabled #CanadianMedia to share #DisabilityPride, #DisabilityInclusion & encourage a more #Accessible industry. In thinking about my own video, I realized it is #DisabilityPrideMonth, & what a lovely way to celebrate my Disability Pride. Given that, I want to extend the invite to participate to any interested disabled members of Canada’s Media Industry.
Drop me a comment or DM & I will send you the details.

National Accessibility Week starts TODAY, and I'm bringing a motion to Council to make it an official City of Vancouver Observance! 🎉 This recognition will amplify the incredible work of local organizations and move us closer to a truly inclusive Vancouver. #NAAW2026 #AccessibleCanada

Off to Edmonton!
Kent and I are heading up to the legislature, as part of a convoy of advocates, accessibility champions and concerned people on the need to create a more #BarrierFreeAB.
We'll be on the #ableg steps demanding action over the lunch hour. #ActNow #abpoli #AccessibleCanada

Hey.
If you happen to bump into a politician or canvasser this election season, consider giving them a nudge about doing something about Alberta being behind (again).

DYK that Canadian printed currency is supported by a number of accessibility features designed to help people who are visually impaired to read it? This is just one of many ways Canada tries to be accessible to all! #WorldBrailleDay #AccessibleCanada
