Now, a different university I worked got very crossed for an illustration of comic-style characters for a recruitment flyer, as they worried about (mis)representation and that they illustration could be offensive (though I had large discussion with the investigators and it was shown to some representative of the community for feedback).

Now in the case of my graphic ethnography, I think an comic-style document is nice

ok, #Illustrators and #Researchers that work with children, I need your advice.
I am preparing some research material for an ethnographic project with children and young people. To make the participant information sheet more accessible, I though of it as an illustrated little booklet for children and/or a comic for teenagers.
