I can't quite reconcile alternative views of efuels. Julian Allwood and #AbsoluteZero kind of requires zero aviation

Since I'm also crocheting things at the moment while watching series I mostly need ones where I don't need to read subtitles. After Thai Horror / Mystery series I wanted something lighter again but I started the first episode of #AbsoluteZero which is more on the melancholic and nostalgic side and couldn't stop.
Sometimes it's like that: We think we want to be entertained by something silly and light but suddenly it's a totally different mood getting our attention.

That was four years ago, and none of those things are happening, so OF COURSE the #ClimateCrisis is getting worse. I'm not sure what it will take to force a change, but I suspect it will be a series of disasters which will destroy our capacity to actually respond to the crisis.
In other words, get ready for doomsday, it could be sooner than you think.

The #AbsoluteZero report from 2019 is a good reference for climate action. Some highlights: "net zero" won't work; offsets are bullshit; airports should be closed; iron ore production should be stopped and we should get by with recycled steel; consumption should be reduced, products should be made with less energy and materials and last a lot longer.
That was four years ago, and none of those things are happening, so OF COURSE the #ClimateCrisis is getting worse. I'm not sure what it will take to force a change, but I suspect it will be a series of disasters which will destroy our capacity to actually respond to the crisis.
In other words, get ready for doomsday, it could be sooner than you think.
