This kid has been "referred" to the Juvenile Justice System 7 times already and the Judge released the kid while he awaits trial for an armed carjacking that resulted in one of the victims getting shot and wounded, and the kids' accomplice getting shot and killed.
Kids in and around Albuquerque know they can literally get away with murder because the Courts will simply let them go, free to car jack yet another person, or kill someone.
