on the train(s): Bremen (visited old friends) -Leer-(bus)-Groningen-Schiphol (to get new passports, what we can't manage in the Dutch embassy in London). All going surprisingly smooth.
And Super Sparpries ticket for 1 adult + 1 child costs whopping €19. :-) That's for about 350km.
Then a flight to Luton.
Eurostar train prohibitively expensive, especially given how much extra we already had to spend thanks to the anno 2024 Dutch passports SNAFU.
Ferry from Hoek v. Holland a bit cheaper, but too slow, in particular getting from Harwich to Oxford takes ~4 hours. This used to be better, but probably due to ever increasing car enslavement on both sides of the Channel, nobody cares anymore to create reasonable train connections from/to Harwich. #train #Nederlandse_Spoorwegen #Deutsche_Bahn #AboutToday

Ich finde Paula Scher und #Typographie generell sehr cool (schaut die Netflix #Design-Doku über sie!) und hab mich daher sehr über ihre Ausstellung in der Pinakothek der Moderne gefreut. Die Ausstellung: Einfach viele Wände voll von Postern, ohne Hintergründe, Kontext, ein bisschen Typo-Erklärungen für Neulinge. Total schade, so einfach nur ne Menge schreiend bunter Buchstaben 🤷🏼♀️#münchen #abouttoday
