Posiedziałyśmy na rozprawie, z naszymi przyjaciółkami z sieci Aborcji Bez Granic, które przyjechały nas wspierać m.in. z Holandii i Anglii, po to, żeby dowiedzieć się, że mamy przyjść ponownie 13go lutego. Wtedy o 14:00 mamy poznać wyrok...
Yesterday ended the appeal hearing of our Justyna, who was sentenced by the court in March 2023 to 8 months of restriction of liberty for donating abortion pills to a woman in need. The verdict is scheduled to be announced on February 13th.

On the 30th of January, our activist sister, Justyna Wydrzyńska, will stand again for a trial in front of a Polish court. Last time, she was found “guilty of helping“ someone who asked for help. Justyna had sent abortion pills to Anna. Her abusive partner took pills away and called the police. After all, Anna miscarried by using a Foley catheter, ended up in the hospital with sepsis, and barely survived. Fortunately, she is safe now.
