Запустил pinock.io — бесплатную ленту AI-генерации животных в стиле советских спичечных коробков. Под капотом FLUX.2-klein + кастомная LoRA + двухпроходный «sandwich»-пайплайн. Получил детальный технический комментарий на r/StableDiffusion с тремя претензиями. Сел и прогнал ablation: 5 вариантов пайплайна × 5 категорий × 3 сида = 75 картинок. Нашёл дыры в собственном пайплайне — в том числе кириллицу прямо в выходе LoRA (training-set leakage) и полный коллапс LoRA при scale=2.0. Текущий sandwich оказался патчем поверх плохо обученной LoRA, а не правильным решением. В статье — все картинки, цифры, и почему оба «правильных» совета критика на текущей модели не сработали. Плюс план переобучения на 1500-датасете.

Kaum noch Schmerzen*, >24 Tage/Jahr zurückgewonnen. Beste Entscheidung ever!
* Konkret von: über 2-3 Tage je 3*600mg IBU, plus Maximaldosis Paracetamol plus ggf. weitere Medis und dennoch kaum sitzen/stehen/Alltag leben können
zu: 1-2 Tage je 1-3 Mal 300mg IBU aber auch nur, damit die hyperempfindlichen Schmerzrezeptoren sich langsam zurückbilden können. -
In zwei Wochen steht endlich der Termin für die #Ablation an. Fast 8 Jahre Leidensgeschichte finden dann hoffentlich ihr dauerhaftes Ende.
Erwähnenswert bleibt, dass ich das schon 2021 dringend haben wollte, man aber angeblich nix feststellen konnte/wollte. Corona sei Dank…

Just got home after spending all evening in hospital (actually two different hospitals and an ambulance) wIth another #SVT. This time the #MVM didn’t fix it and I was in SVT with a heart rate above 200 BPM for three hours. Different accompanying symptoms this time, including blood pressure so low they couldn’t get a reading. 90/45 was the last successful one before it went too low to register.
I’m all good again now, just exhausted from the exertion without exercise.
May have to reconsider that #ablation the #cardiologist wanted me to have. Will email in the morning.

I had an appointment with the #cardiology consultant yesterday, about my #SVT. She wants to do an #ablation and honestly, it’s scared the pants off me.
I didn’t consent there and then, although she’s added me to the list for the procedure in case I change my mind. (In case she can talk to me into it, more like.)
In the interim, I’ve agreed to an adenosine block which isn’t invasive like the ablation is.
It’s all quite unsettling.
