Craigellachie Bridge - Eine ikonische Brücke. Und auf jeden Tag einen Stop wert.
Sie wurde zwischen 1812 und 1814 vom bekannten Ingenieur Thomas Telford konstruiert und gebaut.
Sie hat eine Spannweite von 46m, besteht aus Gusseisenteilen und überspannt den Fluss Spey.

It’s interesting to have this after literally doing a 6-dram Aberlour tasting with Dramfool a few weekends ago. This reminds me a bit of the younger ones we tried in the first part of the tasting — a fine, easy-drinking dram, but doesn’t quite grab me.

Whisky Advent Day 6: Aberlour 9 Year Old - Batch 7 (49.6%)
Extremely light on the nose, just a touch of malt. Thick and sweet with a good amount of spice on the palate. Long lingering finish with a nice burn as it fades.
Not bad, but doesn’t jump out at me either.
