If it was not created *by* the state of North Carolina, to *represent* the state of North Carolina ... then who would want to create a video depicting the state flying a Confederate flag?

As a white Christian living in the Southeastern United States, I condemn hate crimes against our Muslim citizens, but it does not surprise me to hear about them, after Republican leadership has once again resorted to pointlessly airing intentions to stop the (literally nonexistent) encroach of Shariah Law in American communities.
