  2. It is reported in the UK press that the UK Prime Minister has sought legal advice on leaving the Aarhus Convention. That Convention is part of the EU legal order.

    The EU/UK Withdrawal Agreement prohibits the UK from removing any rights from citizens of Northern Ireland that existed prior to Brexit.
