Did you know? The 'Amber' is responsible for scandoubling and flicker fixing the Amiga's native display (~15.5Khz) to ~31Khz for output to a standard PC VGA/SVGA monitor. It is only found in the #A3000 series machines such as the A3000, A3000UX, A3000T and A3500. However the same chip can also be found on a separate card called the A2320 which can be used in other models of #Amiga that have a video slot.

Inzwischen bin ich dabei das Mainboard des #A3000 zu reinigen und ... sehe das hier 😳 ... das ist der Coprozessor und ich frage mich ob das ab Werk wohl so gefixt worden war? Seltsamer Zustand - hier war der Akku auch nicht in der Nähe 🤔

So on this lazy sunday afternoon I felt like checking out a few more exotic Amiga models in the WinUAE emulator. I had picked an A3000 with ROM v1.4. ... configured it... and it worked... up to a point. Because it asks for a so-called "Super-Kickstart Disk". And this is where it started to get annoying!
I am usually not too stupid... and I am not an Internet newbie, either. But today it literally took me "hours" to find this simple file called "superkickstart-204-a3000.adf". I eventually found it, and it works. But, why is this so hard? Amiga and all of its ecosystem is pretty much gone since 1994! Stuff like this should not be hiddden or hard to find! Okay, on second thought: Maybe I really AM just stupid.

Eine Workbench auf dem Amiga mit 1920x1080 zu haben... ich glaube, daran muss ich mich auch noch gewöhnen.
Aber Dank der #ZZ9000 Karte von @mntmn ist das überhaupt möglich.
Was mir nun noch fehlt: ein HDMI-LED-Monitor im Retro-CRT Gehäuse.
Ich bin, so ein LED-Panel auf dem A3000 sieht irgendwie falsch aus.
Sehr passig fand ich den Nec 3D damals, aber mit 14" natürlich sehr klein. Mein Iiyama MF-8617T passt auch sehr schön auf den #A3000.Gibt es Panels im Retrolook zu kaufen?
