Anyone knows what happened to the jitsi.org domain or the #Jitsi project? The domain jitsi.org seems to be "on hold" according to its Whois entry. And all DNS entries of the domain result in an NXDOMAIN response (i.e. are no more existing).

So there are also no more security updates of #JitsiMeet possible. (That's how I noticed.)

Wer kann sagen, zu welchem Software-Konzern die Meetings-Software JITSI <https://jitsi.org/> gehört?

Auf der Webpage wird zwar geschrieben, dass diese von "8x8" veröffentlich wird. Aber wer die Anteilseigner bzw. Lizenzgeber von "8x8" sind bleibt (für mich) offen ...

I've heard back from the following re: no plans to support Jitsi Meet: #OtterPilot, #MeetingBaas, #ReductVideo, Fireflies

#Tactiq said it's planned, but no timeline.

Tried reaching out to #8x8 for a quote, but they never followed up...

So far, my options are to run #CaptionNinja alongside Jitsi (free), or to embed a Jitsi-as-a-Service meeting iframe on a web page and enable captions (premium).

Jitsi works, but I haven't yet found a good PDF presentation tool for PDF, I can go back to slidy html if I need

Getting recording off BBB to post to PeerTube is a pain I've avoided
