Oh man, those three digits bring back so many memories!
Especially those ground-shaking 80s electro-funk grooves by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis will always Just Be Good To Me, and I don’t expect a Change Of Heart in that attitude anytime soon. Heck, I’d rather live on Borrowed Love than give up that kind music.

Did you know #CircuitBending played a huge role in the way we think of 808 drums today?
The TR-808 had knobs allowing you to adjust the pitch, decay, and tone of each drum sound, but they only made small changes to these sounds. Modders discovered they could add resistors to increase the decay, or replace the 47k potentiometer with a 100k for a more drastic pitch change. That long-ringing bass sound was never achievable on a stock #808. #808day
