“Palantir is a U.S.-based company, which means there is a possibility that sensitive data could be accessed by the US government and intelligence services.”For citizens of the 5 eyes countries (UK, Canada, Aus & NZ) we already have to assume that all data held by "our" governments are shared with Big Jackboot.
Absolutely no reason for other countries to put their citizens in the same position.

Sadly, Putin is so embedded that Europe, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the UK can't even look at it with him still around - But that may not be too long even though he has his own puppet now.
The West isn't prepared for this one, but it's gonna be a fast and hard education if they go the way of building a trade block without the US.
And I really hope the 5 Eyes+ alliances break up very quickly. /2

Seems to me that the US is experiencing the equivalent of an auto-immune disorder like multiple sclerosis* on a national level. It's been destroyed from within. Devastating, and pitiable.
Here in Aotearoa, we need to disconnect ourselves from the US now. We need to back out of military alliances, especially #5Eyes, and trade agreements, especially the #CPTPPA Any idea that the US is a honourable (or even rational) actor need to be entirely revised.
