10yo fell off her bike & hit her knee and is now sitting with leg elevated and ice on knee.

I am on Day 5 of #covid and I haven't gotten out of bed yet, so I don't really know how I feel. But I must get up. There is peeing to be done and #breakfast to be eaten, and somewhere in the house roams a feral 10yo.
However, as I've been composing this toot, a cat jumped into the bed and draped herself over my leg, so now I can't get up.
Oh well.

Well, we've taken every reasonable precaution for three years, but covid finally caught up with us. My kid is the only one in her class at school who still masks up. Today she tested positive for covid.
I don't know whether I'm more scared or more angry. 😔
