The 48Hours film competition has churned out some great films in Ōtautahi this year. I've enjoyed catching up with some of them in the online heats (since I couldn't make it in-person). Once the competition is over and done with the films will be permanently available online. Quite rude of them to schedule a large nationwide film competition the same weekend I'm in a small local play, really.

No idea yet if I'll be in a 48Hours film this weekend. I would have loved to start my own team, but it wouldn't have been workable alongside my performing commitments this weekend. So instead I have to hope for my friends to offer me a manageable role in their own films – also logistically difficult!
(48Hours is a film competition, wherein you get given a genre and certain compulsory elements and must make a film within 48 hours.)

My #48hoursnz #shortfilm TA DA won a couple things at the grand final last week (Best #Animation and Best Solo/Duo Team, with nominations for #Script and Production Design), and now that the competition is over I can finally share it!
