The Silurians episode 3. The scene with the Doctor popping into Dr Quinn’s cabin is fantastic. On the one hand, this episode is kinda filler, but Pertwee makes him running around and talking to people a joy to watch.
Fulton Mackay is definitely the best guest star this story.
Unfortunately they don’t give Liz much to do this episode except check in on the security fellow in sickbay.

I watched the exits of Rose, Donna, Amy and Rory, Clara, River, and Bill. Jo getting married and moving on with her life doesn't even crack the top 5 companion exits that could be described as "heart-wrenching".
Bittersweet? Sure. But a little perspective please.
