Outcomes aren’t available beyond the API, and bulk extraction isn’t permitted.
That means ~93.9% of decisions don’t clearly show who won.
So we built around it:

BC (WorkSafeBC + WCAT) publishes extensive reports, appeal decisions, and reporter documents—there’s a huge volume publicly available.
Ontario WSIB has far more restricted public data, especially at the internal review level, while WSIAT provides a full historical decision dataset from 1987–2025.
More reporting = more visibility into how decisions are made.
