Hey #CovidIsNotOver people! I start a new job tomorrow (fully in person) & am a little nervous about keeping myself safe. Here’s what I’ve got in my toolkit:
1. #3MAura and #VFlex #N95 #Respirators
2. #Hepa purifier for my desk
3. #Co2 monitor
4. #Enovid #NONS nasal spray
5. #CPC mouthwash
6. #SipMaskI’ll only eat outdoors, weather permitting; otherwise I’ll find a private room & run the purifier before unmasking. I will use #NasalSpray several times per day.
Anything I’m forgetting? 😷

We’re looking for a new kind of #respirator for her that has a pretty universal fit (which I’ve been told is true of Auras; I love them for me).
Tried #duckbill #N95 by Blox, but the wire is a bit harsh/tight on the bridge of her nose.

@xangoh Well-said! There’s already so much inequality at play in terms of what people *can* do to keep themselves safe.
Some, even, can’t afford adequate PPE like #3MAura #Respirators because they don’t know where to get it (online, for example, as opposed to at Home Depot where they’re price-gouged to high heaven) at a price they can realistically afford.
But yeah, let’s waste our precious time on earth splitting hairs about how dumb an idea it is to go food shopping /s

Δεν υπάρχει ούτε ένας γνωστός μου, διπλά και τριπλά νοσούντας από την #covid19 που να ΜΗΝ έχει κολλήσει μια άλλη ίωση και να μην μπορεί να την ξεπεράσει , είτε την ίωση, είτε τα συμπτώματα αυτής, με τα ελάχιστα που θυμάμαι να μου αναφέρουν να είναι πονοκεφαλοι καταρροή χωρίς γεύση και όσφρηση αλλά αυτό που δε παραλείπει κανένας να μου λέει, είναι η μυική ατονία και το να μην έχουν "όρεξη " για να κάνουν κάποια δραστηριότητα. Κι εάν την κάνουν την κάνουν με αργές κινήσεις και βαριεστημένα.
Ειλικρινά το #LongCovid το βλέπω μπροστά μου καθημερινά να διαλύει τα ανοσοποιητικά συστήματα των ανθρώπων και να τους εχει καταστήσει ανήμπορους για πολλα πράγματατης ζωής τους. Την ίδια ώρα ακούω τη κρατική ψεκκα, που ωθεί τον κόσμο στο να κολλήσει υποχρεωτικά, έχοντας υιοθετήσει όλη τη ψεκκα των ακροδεξιών the Great #Barrington declaration , κρύβοντας όλα αυτά πίσω από τη φράση " να ζήσουμε με τον ιό " . Είναι τέτοια η ψέκκα του Γκικα και της επιστροπής ψεκκο-γνωμόνων ,που αφήνουν το λαό σε έναν νευροεκφυλιστικό, καταστροφεα των ανοσοποιητικων συστημάτων των ανθρώπων, ιό.

Εξαιτίας του @covid_priest και της επιλογής να φοράω μάσκα 3Μ Aura σε όλους τους κλειστούς χώρους, έχω κρατηθεί όλα τα χρόνια της πανδημίας του κορονοιου χωρίς να κολλήσω, με 5 δόσεις εμβολιασμένος, η 4η1 δόση σε 3 μήνες ακριβώς από τη 5η , και κυκλοφορώντας σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής και στη δουλειά μου, όπου κανένας δε φορά μάσκα, δεν αεριζει χώρους και δε νοιάζεται για την ιό. Εννοείται ότι όλοι οι γνωστοί μου και γνωστοί γνωστών μου , είναι τουλάχιστον 2 και τρεις φορές επανανοσήσαντες, οι οποίοι κολλάνε, ότι ίωση υπάρχει γύρω γύρω, στα καπάκια αφού "ξεπεράσουν " την λοίμωξη του κόβιντ. Τα παιδιά όλων των φίλων συγγενών και φίλων των φίλων μου και συγγενών τους, έχουν επαναμολυνθεί τουλάχιστον 1 φορά, ενώ με επιλογή των γονιών τους αλλά και του ελληνικού κράτους ( που στηρίζει την αρχή όλων των ψεκασμένων ψευτοΑντιΨέκ της "αφήστε να ζήσουμεμε τον ιό της δήλωσης της άκρας δεξιάς "The great Barrington Declaration" γνωστή και απο τη στήριξη του Τραμπ προς αυτήν) , δε φορούν ποτέ και πουθενά μάσκα αλλά ούτε και έχουν κάνει μέγα ζήτημα στα σχολεία τους , να μπούν καθαριστές χώρου HEPA ειδικά κατά του κορονοίου .
