3DS eShop Tour Part 8 is now live on both YouTube and PeerTube! This one covers the suggestions of what games for me to show and I buy and download stuff, because that's the main purpose of the eShop!

3DS eShop Tour Part 8 is set to go live at 5:30 PM Eastern (UTC-5) tomorrow on YouTube and as Part 8.0 and Part 8.1 (5:31 PM to ensure publishing order) on PeerTube since I don't have enough RAM on my server to transcode the full thing at one time!

Been working on 3DS eShop Part 8 today and got through a part where I had to add background music to because it's a screen recording that's 18 minutes long after trimming it down. Found 17 minutes worth of Xeno music in my library that I decided I'm going to use. There's a lot more, but that's what I limited myself to since it's enough.

Just for curiosity, I tested the Dialogue Processor in Resolve with my latest #3DSeShop video's commentary track and it only does a slight change to my voice with both presets but nothing as noticeable as with my old videos recorded on a bad microphone. I think the male one's slightly more bass & the female one is lighter but there's really no point for me. BTW I really like my new keyboard, it's so much faster to type with.

I just woke up a half an hour ago, by the way. Yesterday was busy as I had a small #filling in my tooth and didn't get as much #sleep as I needed the night before and the day before that I stayed up too long just to get the next part of my #3DSeShop Tour fully edited. Looks like it's not going up today as I had planned.

#3DSeShop Tour Part 4 has a lot more editing involved than even part 3, and it's also a little over an hour so I hope it's enjoyable when it's out. Currently compressing it to a reasonable size in #Handbrake.

Currently at my 39th .bak file for the Premiere project for #3DSeShop part 4, if you're wondering the progress. For reference, the highest previous number was 32 and that was part 2.

Good news: I've figured out the rough frequencies of the whining to look out for if you have #3DSeShop audio recorded while plugged in, and those are 580-610 Hz, 650-680 Hz, and 780-800 Hz. I told Audition to get them as noise prints in otherwise silent areas for noise reduction and I don't seem to hear anything now.
Bad news: I don't know if this will cover everything. -
Good news: future #3DSeShop Tour videos have direct audio capture from my #3DS.
Bad news: I wasn't aware of the high-pitched noise that results when the 3DS is plugged in until the finale of the #StickerStar streams that Proton Jon did so it has that in there.
Ok news: I can use Premiere's dehummer effect to make the 120 Hz tone quieter. Need to figure out what the frequencies are though since it's not perfect and I can still hear something. -
#3DS #eShop Tour 2023 Part 3 is now live! Today I show the top-left menu options, and demonstrate the Search, Wish List, Rate Titles, and Add Funds pages in detail! It was a little late because I had to fix an issue and reupload it, then I had to make sure it was good and edit the description and make the thumbnail.

Recently I found out that #Microsoft is taking the #Xbox360Store offline next year. This is a problem for video game archival and preservation. Slightly less critically, I don't have an #Xbox360 so I can't record a video tour series thing like I've done for the #DSiShop, #WiiShopChannel, #3DSeShop, and #WiiUeShop (last two are currently being edited but I haven't been working on it much lately due to being lazy).
